Some interesting things

I don't know about you but I have some Ikea stuff in my home, in fact I've got quite a bit....it's not that i love it..it's just that you get nice design but at an inexpensive price point. I know that Ikea has become a victim of its own success and there is nothing more annoying that having the exact same sofa/table/lamp/bowls/(insert any object here) as your next door neighbour or freinds...but as I posted ages ago I like to 'hack' my items. Also there is this brilliant bench from Frellstedt http://www.frellstedt.com we have one of those glowing cube lights in our home and I love it, but this would be just so much cooler.

For something a little similar there is also a website that caught my eye recently called www.mochee.com who do wall stickers too. I know its daft to push other products but they use the same web platform as we do so I think that's as close to family as you get on the web :)

And finally we came across this site recently www.larscontzen.de and we just love his stuff, very cool and quite inspirational to see some very nice work....makes me want to get designing. I especially like the furniture.

What's going on

If you've been on our blog in the last couple of months you will have noted that there has not been a lot of action here, that's because the action has been offline. We have been busy....very busy, we've recently moved into new premises and have taken on new memebers of the team to help WG grow. The new place is great, but even though we've increased the space from our original studio ten-fold we're still filling it fast. Plus we have a load of little jobs that need doing, some of which we'll detail as we do them as it involves art on our walls.....which is what we are about. We also saw a massive surge in orders running up to the bank holiday weekend, so thanks to everyone who ordered something.

We've also been very busy with our corporate clients and have been working on some very interesting things, we've just finished a suite of multi-function rooms for one client and some other stuff has featured on the TV...again.

We are also really excited about a whole new range of products we are testing and developing for your walls, and can't wait to get them on the website. One of those being wallpaper, check out the pic opposite.
